What it is:
A gamified project / competition designed to increase engagement with our internal learning platform at WBA.
Target audience:
All internal colleagues (2,500+) globally across North America, Europe and Asia.
Problems it solved:
Throughout the year we had launched a number of tools and made significant improvements to our internal Learning Management System, and we wanted to increase the visibility of these to drive engagement, while also adding a bit of competition and end of year fun.
Learners who completed the game were entered into a draw to win a prize, and to make sure we included everyone, we had geo specific winners in the US, Europe and Asia.
My responsibilities:
