What it is:
An eLearning module, also containing an animated explainer video, designed to introduce a newly established Category Management team to the rest of the business and explain how they operate, why they’ve been set up, the benefits they bring and how other teams can collaborate with them effectively.
Target audience:
All colleagues in our Marketing and Commercial functions (900+ colleagues).
Problems it solved:
Our internal customer insights and analytical teams were not aware of the benefits that Category Management, as a function, could provide.
Category management was regarded by the business as a fundamental skill and a key area to drive the commercial plan, so it was crucial that our teams were aligned and understood the benefits that Category Management brings.
This module was a key component in helping to drive awareness of the Category Management team.
